What is the machine inventory?⚓︎

The Machine Inventory feature allows you to keep track of your product instances. Each machine has a unique serial number, configuration data, and maintenance history associated with it. With this feature, you can easily monitor and manage your products, ensuring their optimal performance and maintenance.

Just click on the View button and a side panel will be prompted showing you the details for that specific machine.

How do I add machines to the machine inventory?⚓︎

You can easily add machines by uploading an Excel file through the Virtual Assist Web. Simply click on the "Add from file" button on the top right of your screen.

If you haven't already, download our editable template. The template is also available here.

Simply add the machines you want including the serial numbers to the file and upload it. Remember, serial numbers should be unique!

Where do I get the QR codes for my machine?⚓︎

QR codes are created automatically once you create your machines. After creating the machines, simply click on the View button on the machine inventory and see the QR code.

You can also download a .pdf file including the machine name, image and QR code for printing and placing next to the machine on the shop floor for ease of use.
