Link Sharing is a powerful tool designed to streamline communication and foster teamwork. It allows you to share valuable resources with their colleagues effortlessly.

Step 1⚓︎

Navigate to the resource you wish to share, whether it's an article, tutorial, or document.

Step 2:⚓︎

Look for the "Share" icon or option associated with the content you want to distribute.

Step 3:⚓︎

Click on the "Share" icon, and a dialog box will appear

Step 4:⚓︎

Click on "Copy Link" and distribute the link among your collegues

Sharing permissions⚓︎

Our platform operates on a role-based access system, meaning that each team member is assigned specific roles with predefined permissions. Link Sharing is limited to those team members who have the appropriate permissions to access and view content associated with a product line.

This ensures only authorized individuals can participate in knowledge-sharing, preventing unauthorized access. If you receive a link from a colleague and you don't have access to view it, the following screen will be displayed:
